C.W. Downer & Co. was acquired by N+1 in 2016 and the merged company rebranded as Alantra.

Troop 89 Medfield

Troop 89 is the premier Boy Scouts of America troop in Medfield. Over 50% of the boys who start their career with Troop 89 go on to obtain the prestigious Eagle Scout rank (national average is just over 6.5%). As Secretary, I document board meetings and circulate approved minutes to the group.

Medfield Music Association (MMA)

Newly elected board member. The MMA is a non-profit organization formed in 1972 to support the award-winning, district-wide Medfield Music Program. Working in partnership with the music staff, the MMA raises funds and provides volunteer support for activities that enhance and enrich the K-12 music curriculum and support Medfield music students. The MMA helps bridge the gap where the school budget falls short.

Medfield Afterschool Program (MAP)

3.5 year term advising staff of non-profit childcare program established in 1989 to provide quality care to children enrolled in the Medfield public school system. Assisted with fundraising efforts, teacher recognition programs, and logistical issues arising from Covid-19 closures.

Medfield Coalition for Public Education (MCPE)
Former Co-President, Secretary, Social Media Coordinator, Board Member

3 year term for independent, non-profit organization founded to provide system-wide support and academic enrichment to the Medfield public school system. MCPE raises funds through a series of annual social events and awards grants to support the development of innovative programs, curriculum and enrichment. My Co-President term coincided with the Covid-19 pandemic and I led the team in seamlessly switching to a full slate of virtual fundraising events. Awarded 41 grants totaling $192,875 during a three year period.
